Jane Kupkowski holds the Distinct Honor of serving as the First Female Head Director at Hampden- Sydney College, an All-Male Private College established in 1776 in the United States- Virginia.

Serving as Transformational Leader and Multidisciplinary Expert she had the privilege and honor of developing national business partnerships and stakeholders, increased operational effectiveness, advanced public health and national security policies and programs on multi-level scale for protection, prevention, and operational compliance of law and ethics- federal, national, and state. Instructor Ethics and Regulations Law Compliance Operations Safety and Protection-NCAA and National League.

 

She served on Senior Boards and Councils- writing the strategic plans and manual for the Vetting Process Post-Virginia Tech Shooting and Chairman for the Athletic Department. Wrote a 5 -Year Strategic Plan for Large-Scale Proposal Forged External Partnership Objective Save the College Annual Revenue and Build Long-Term Infrastructures for Economic Growth.

 

Working with Administration for student's discipline and community welfare-Principles and Ethics- Policies Federal State and National Implementation for Future Leaders. Advising the Board of Trustees on large-scale projects for renovation and multi-million dollar deals for NCAA facilities. Building the Aquatics State Compliances for Safety of Institution Programs and Services Faculty and Staff - Implementation of Compliances for Recreation, Welfare, and Safety of Federal Law for Children. 

 

Wrote the 5 year strategic plan and justification for economic growth and security -student and assistant roles. She Designed and Advised Public Health, Health Science, Sports Medicine Prevention Programs and Services for Faculty, Staff, and Students. As Head Director she designed and implemented programs, activities, and services in Health Science, Recreation, Social, and Environmental for advanced Longevity, Performance, and Injury Prevention.

 

As Head Director she designed and instructed the Physical, Emotional, and Mental Readiness and Resilience for occupational selection for 1,100 Men advancement and career aspirations for the U.S. Military, STEM, Government, Business, and Athletics. Imparting wisdom, guidance, and discernment into the Future Leaders, Fathers, and Husbands of our Nation. Under her authority she hired, mentored, and lead 60 employees and an assistant in operations, facilities, and programs for the entire college campus and community members.

 

She was able to develop and transform the Athletic Department through operations, facilities, budgets, performance, rehabilitation programs, and services for ALL the NCAA Sports. Working with the Coaching Staff to ensure proper design and instruction for physical, biomechanical, and elite performance for competition. She also designed and instructed the Fitness and Aquatics program for advanced human performance for Men preparing for Professional Careers in U.S. Armed Forces (Navy SEALS, Marines, Army, Air Force) and Athletics. Instructor for the National Health and Science Certification Exam for Students.
